Real Estate is the logical extension of my life experiences. With
over thirty years’ experience in land, agriculture, construction,
landscaping and business, I consider myself a jack-of -all
trades. Having grown up in the foothills of the Blue Ridge
mountains of Virginia I learned to appreciate the land and the
people that inhabit it. My career has included teaching in the
public school system in two states where I specialized in
Agriculture Education, Construction and Business. I
understand what it takes to build a house from the ground up,
the finances involved and the care needed to convert a house
into a home. Real Estate is the culmination of my skill set and
allows me the opportunity to serve my clients at a level above
and beyond the average real estate agent.
As a Realtor, I gain pleasure from seeing the faces of satisfied

journey has been both diverse and enriching. Starting in property
management, I honed my skills in overseeing properties and ensuring
tenant satisfaction. This foundation paved the way for my role as
Director of Sales at a real estate nonprofit, where I championed
community-focused initiatives and led teams with purpose. My
entrepreneurial spirit led me to become a market center investor,
allowing me to influence strategic decisions and foster growth within
the organization.
Today, as the owner of my own firm, I integrate these experiences to
offer a holistic approach to real estate, blending operational expertise
with a deep commitment to client success. Complementing my real
estate endeavors, I serve as a Design Advisor to the Clayton Town
Council, contributing to the aesthetic and functional development of
our community. I am also a certified Ayurvedic Wellness Coach,
bringing a holistic perspective to my practice.
Beyond my professional life, I find joy and balance in various personal
passions. As a lover of worship music and ecstatic dance—a free-
form movement practice that fosters deep mind-body connection—I
embrace the profound freedom and expression these activities offer.
I also cherish ancient self-care rituals, integrating time-honored
practices into daily life to promote well-being. One of my greatest
gratifications is supporting others as they face their fears, offering a

Real estate has been my passion since I was a kid in New York, inspired by
my neighbor who owned a hair salon and rental property.
I took an unconventional path—skipping the typical college party life to
work full-time during college, buy my first house at 21, and turn it into a
duplex so I could travel the country for 3 months, living mostly in National
Parks while my rental income covered my mortgage.
That experience taught me resilience, problem-solving, and the power of
financial freedom.
Over the past decade, I’ve built a career spanning residential and

After spending 20 years in the Ft. Lauderdale area, I moved with
my husband and daughter to North Carolina. We wanted a to
find a place to live where we could enjoy the seasons, nature,
and most importantly, a place where home also meant having a
sense of community.
My family and I couldn't feel more blessed with the community
we've become a part of. We are constantly discovering the many
wonderful things North Carolina has to offer and the people are
amazing!
When I'm not helping our clients, I can usually be found working
in my garden, reading a book, or playing with my two Labrador
Retrievers, Obi-Wan and Loki.

Voluntary membership
Our agents have common interests and are prepared to be abide by the rules of the co-op. They have the right to join the
Alliance Realty Partners as a single agent or team, as and when (s)he wishes to do so, continue in it as long as (s)he likes, and leave it at his/her will.
Democratic control
Co-operation is democracy in action. The business of co-operative society is managed by a committee elected by the members at annual general meeting. ‘One man one
vote’ is the basic element of co-operative democracy. All business decisions financial or otherwise will be presented to members for vote, majority rules.
Finances
The finances of Alliance Realty Partners are contributed by members through their dues.
Each participating agent contributes their share quarterly. Expenses are kept minimized and all financials are open for view to all members.
Distribution of surplus
The surplus of funds or a portion of may be distributed back to the members yearly, kept in a general reserve or utilized for the general welfare of the local community
Service motive
The objective of Alliance Realty Partners should not be to maximize profits at the cost of others, as is usually the case with other types of real estate firms.
Also, it does not mean that a Alliance Realty Partners should sustain losses.
Collaboration
Agents of Alliance Realty Partners possess the mindset of contributing their knowledge, skills and experience to benefit the greater whole. Together we are better.
Education and training
